Getting There

The easiest and most usual way to get to the Inn Town Motel is by driving. Waupun sits right where several important Wisconsin highways meet (U.S. Highway 151, State Highways 26, 49, and 68). The motel rests right on Main Street (which doubles as Business 151), making it very simple for travelers to spot. A big plus for the motel is its free surface-level parking lot giving guests the ease of parking right at their room door.

People who come in by plane, the closest big airports are Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison, and General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee. Both of these airports are about a 75 to 90 minute drive away from Waupun. Getting a car right at the airport is the smartest choice and, for most parts, the only way to get to this small town and look around the rural area that has many things to see.

Public transportation is very limited going to small cities such as Waupun and not practical for the majority of travelers. There is no passenger train going into this town. Regional bus companies, if any operating in Waupun like Lamers Connect may have service, but with infrequent schedules and stops that may not even be near your motel─ you'll need a taxi for the last leg of your journey. Highly recommended: bring or rent a car.
